How to Fill Application Form?
Step 1: On the college portal homepage, select the Application Form menu.
application is available, it will display along with a notification box that provides helpful suggestions for applicants.
Step 2: Complete the Apply Form by filling out all required fields, including those in the sections below:
Personal Data Section:
² Enter the full name of the applicant (First name, Middle name and Last name), Gender, Email(optional) and Mobile Number of the applicant.
² Specify the current address by filling the City/Region, Sub-city/Zone, and Woreda fields from the drop-down list.
² If the applicant has a physical disability, select the “Yes” option in the Special Need section and choose the associated special need from the drop-down menu. - You can select multiple options. If the type of the disability that the applicant has is not available from the option, type and press enter.
High School Result Section:
l Enter the name of the high school the applicant attended. (1)
l Select the secondary school education stream: Natural Science or Social Science (2)
l For the Natural Science stream, enter the Grade 12 national exam result for each of the following subjects: English, Natural Maths, Aptitude, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Civics, in the respective fields.
l For the Social Science stream, enter the Grade 12 national exam result for each of the following subjects: English, Social Maths, Aptitude, History, Geography, Economics and Civics, in the respective fields. (3)
l After filling the result for the selected stream, the ESLCE result will be automatically calculated and displayed. (4)
lEnter the applicant’s transcript result by filling the Grade 11 result, and Grade 12 result. The Grade 11 and 12 average results will be computed automatically.
Training Program Section:
l Select the training program that the applicant for, i.e., “Regular”, “Extension” or “short term training” from the “Select Training Program” drop-down menu.
Field of Study Section:
l Specify the applicant’s three desired field of study in order of preference. For each of the three choices, Select the Department, the Occupation and the Level of study from the respective drop-down menus.
The list of the Department, occupational standard and Level that a applicant can apply to will be different from applicant to applicant based on their ESCLCE result.
l Check the statement by the applicant, the date will be automatically calculated.
l After entering all the required data, click the “Apply” button.
How to Check Application Status?
Your application's status will be marked as pending while the system assesses, filters, and verifies the data you submitted. Applicant can check application status using the Status option in the homepage of the college’s portal.
Step 1: Open the college portal in the browser.
Step 2: Click the Status option located on the header of the homepage.
Step 3: Click the "Get Result" button after entering the Admission ID and phone number that you received in the application confirmation message.
- By selecting the "Print" button, you can print the current status.
How to Register?
After your data has been screened, accepted and occupation and level assigned, you will receive an e-mail or SMS that contain your application status and Registration start and end date.
Then you can register using the “Registration Form” option in the homepage of the college’s portal.
Follow the following step for registration:
Step 1: Open the website of the college portal in the browser.
Step 2: Click the Admission Form option located on the header of the homepage.
Ø If the Academic calendar for Registration is not started yet, you will see a message that says, “Registration is not started yet”.
Ø If you are trying to register after the Registration end date , you will see a message that says, “Registration is closed”.
Step 3: If Registration is open, enter your Admission Id and the Phone Number that you received during application phase. And click on “Go” button.
3.1 If your status is still in pending, a message will pop up at the top right corner of the screen indicating, “still your admission is in pending list” which will restrict the registration form from opening, in this case the you have to wait and re-check status
3.2 If you have been accepted and an occupation is assigned, the registration form will be opened.
Step 4: Fill out all the necessary fields in the Admission Form, including the fields in the following sections:
Note: Some of the fields have preexisted values populated from the application form.
Personal Data Section:
l Enter the date of birth and select the date of commencement (the year the applicant has started formal education), and the Applicant photo.
Place of birth Section:
l Select the Country, City/Region, Sub city/Zone, and Woreda from the respective drop-down menus.
Current Address Section:
l Enter the House number of the applicant.
Person to contact in case of Emergency Section:
l Enter the full name of the Parent/Guardian (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name), the Gender, the relation the Guardian has with the applicant, and the Parent/Guardian’s Mobile number and Email address.
Parent/Guardian Address Section:
l If the Guardian has the same address as the applicant, enable the checkbox “Click if same as student address”. Otherwise, specify the current address of the Parent/Guardian by selecting the Country, City/Region, Sub city/Zone, and Woreda from the respective drop-down menus and filling the House number field.
l Provide the full name of the applicant's mother.
Educational Background Section:
l If the applicant is a transferred trainee from another college, select the “Yes” option in the Transfer section (1) and enter the name of the previous college (2) , the old trainee id number (3) and upload the letter from the previous college(4).
Educational Information:
l Provide the applicant’s Grade 8 result, completion date and upload the Grade 8 result document.
Transcript Marks:
l Enter the school’s name, Town and select the Completion year for Grade 11 and 12.
l Upload the High school transcript file.
Secondary School Education Stream:
l Enter the applicant’s ESLCE registration number and upload the ESLCE result file.
Fee Information Section:
l Select the “Admission fee” (Only If the payment is allocated from your college) option from the Fees type drop-down menu.
l Select the payment option (“Online” or “Offline”) from the Payment Method drop- down menu.
l Upload the payment/bank receipt.
Step 5: On successful completion of the registration process, a confirmation message containing the Admission Id, Phone Number, Gender and Application Date is displayed. The Confirmation message can be printed by clicking the “Print” button, and this information can be used to check the registration status.
After completing the registration process, you need to wait until your profile is screened by the college and you received confirmation email/SMS.

How to Check Registration Status ?
l The registration status of the applicant is set to pending until the data and documents attached provided by the applicant is evaluated and verified by the administrator. The applicant can check their registration status using the Statusoption in the homepage of the college’s portal.
Step 1: Open the the college portal in the browser.
Step 2: Click the Status option located on the header of the homepage.
Step 3: Enter the Admission Id and the Phone Number received in the confirmation message and click the “Get Result” button.
Step 4: Check the status of the registration in the registration Status box. The applicant can check his/her admission ID, Full name, E-mail, registered phone number, Training program that the applicant is registered into, the assigned department to the applicant, the associated level with the department, the registration date, the registration status, and any remark that is present can be seen.

l If the Applicant is accepted the status will be marked as “Accepted”,
l If the applicant registration is not accepted by the college, it will be marked as “rejected”, and

If the applicant is requested to refill some information, the registration status will be in “re-submit” status together with a remark. The status can be printed by clicking the “Print” button.
